AOPA has so many good resources but the free online course are the best! Hey they are free.
The one that is for "pinch hitters" (passengers) is a very good tool to educate prospective passengers AND I especially like it because it shows the relationship between the movement of the control surfaces and the cockpit controls for new pilots.
