There are so many fun things to do once you have your license, like participating Air Races/Rallys, this video of team 5 in the 2010 Air Race Classic and one pilot in this team is a friend of mine, from N07! In 2000 I flew a small race and it is one of my happiest memories of flying (came in fourth, and yes there were more than 4 racers :))
